Bracelets

What's the best way to find my size?

Our size finder will suggest the best fit for you. Simply measure your wrist circumference snugly (not loosely) and enter it into our calculator, then click the button to get your size.

Find your size

While our size guide offers helpful guidance, your personal comfort is
what matters most. Ideally, the clasp of your bracelet should sit centered on
the top of your wrist, with about one fingertip’s worth of space for the
perfect fit.

I chose the wrong size. What can I do now?

We are happy to exchange any new and unworn Fischers Fritze bracelet within 30 days. Please contact us at info@fischers-fritze.ca  

How do I care for my Fischers Fritze bracelet (care instructions)?

For sailing rope -bracelets: To clean your sailing rope bracelet, soak it in lukewarm soapy water, then rinse thoroughly with clean water. Let it air dry completely before wearing it again.



For leather breacelets:
Avoid exposing your leather bracelet to water, especially salt or chlorinated water. Always remove it before washing your hands, showering, or engaging in physical activities.

We recommend using leather grease, spray, or milk occasionally to maintain its
condition. Apply a thin layer of the care product, then wipe it off with a soft
cloth.

Can my Fischers Fritze bracelet rust?

No, it can’t. Our stainless steel clasps are completely rust-proof. However, particles like metal shavings or sand can build up on the surface and create what looks like rust.
This is just superficial and can be wiped off with a cloth. We recommend giving your bracelet a gentle clean after beach visits and from time to time.

Keychain

What is the best way to maintain my Fischers Fritze keychain ?

For sailing rope -keychain: To clean your sailing rope keychain, soak it in lukewarm soapy water, then rinse thoroughly with clean water. Let it air dry completely before wearing it again.



For leather keychains:
Avoid exposing your leather keychain to water, especially salt or chlorinated water.

How does the shackle work?

The shackle is just for style and isn't meant to replace your keyring. If you prefer, you can leave it off.

It's important to note that the shackle screw must be properly tightened to prevent it from getting lost.

Can my Fischers Fritze keychain rust?

No, it cannot! Our stainless-steel frames are completely rust-resistant. However, various particles, such as metal chips or sand, may accumulate on the surface, forming a so-called rust film. You can easily remove this superficial rust with a cloth.

Shipping & Payment

How does shipping work?

Your order will be dispatched upon shipping confirmation. All orders are shipped no later than two business day after receipt. While we can't guarantee the exact delivery time, expect your product to arrive sooner than you think.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Nope! Shipping is on us. Whether your bracelet is heading to the East Coast, the West Coast, or anywhere in between - delivery is always free. We'll take care of getting it to you, so you can just unwrap, wear, and enjoy.

Exchange & Return

What if my bracelet doesn’t fit?

We’re happy to facilitate an exchange for your Fischers Fritze product within 30 days of receiving your order — as long as it hasn’t been worn. Just send us an email at info@fischers-fritze.ca and we’ll take care of the rest!

How do I return an item?

You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order, provided it is unworn and in its original packaging.

We recommend using tracked shipping for your return.

Please note that already worn bracelets are excluded from returns.

Who pays for return shipping?

Returns are normally at your own expense. You’re free to choose the shipping method and carrier — it won’t affect how we handle your return.

That said, we always recommend using insured and trackable shipping for your peace of mind.

If you’re exchanging an item, we’ll cover the shipping costs for sending the new item(s) back to you — a fair compromise, we think!
